Click the green plus (+) symbol after selecting your histogram chart. To work on these elements, follow these steps: These elements may include grid lines, axis titles, data labels, and chart titles. When working on a new worksheet, you can add, remove, and modify your histogram chart’s elements. For example, in a set of marketing campaign data, you can organize information based on categories such as campaign type and marketing channels. This allows you to indicate the distribution of specific data. If your data is text based, you can customize your histogram chart by category. Customizing makes your data more presentable and allows you to tweak various elements to suit your organization’s needs. Select “Descriptive Statistics” from the window below.You’ve created a histogram, and now it’s time to customize it. Click on the Data tab and then the “Data Analysis” option on the right side. To generate the output for BMI as shown above, go to the worksheet with the data. Once the Data ToolPak is installed, there will be a “Data Analysis” option on the right side of the sub-menu from the Data tab on the main menu. If you get a prompt that the Analysis ToolPak is not currently installed on your computer, click Yes to install it. If Analysis ToolPak is not listed in the Add-Ins available box, click Browse to locate it. In the Add-Ins available box, select the Analysis ToolPak check box, and then click OK. 
Click the Tools menu, and then click Excel Add-ins.(Note: The Analysis ToolPak is not available for Excel for Mac 2011.
If you are prompted that the Analysis ToolPak is not currently installed on your computer, click Yes to install it.
In the Add-Ins box, check the Analysis ToolPak check box, and then click OK. In the Manage box, select Excel Add-ins and then click Go. Click the File tab, click Options, and then click the Add-Ins category. 
Installing the Data Analysis ToolPak into Excel For PC: The ToolPak is available, but needs to be installed before it can be used.
